find a good/healthy plant and take a photo of the flower/s, overall plant and plant label with flower in back ground for easy reference

take the pollen out with a toothpick and place into other flower to be pollinated and vice versa. Remember to label flowers/plant with pollen plant name and parent plant name and photo both plants.

Each time you pollinate remember to change your toothpick
There is more chance of viable seed if cross pollination is possible
