Re-Flowering Phalaenopsis Orchids
These orchids need a change of temperature to initiate flowering this is normal achieved with seasonal changes if you have had your orchid for over 12 months then try these tips

any problems re-flowering phalaenopsis orchids I have found most of the time this is one of two things for the home grower to much fertilizer or lack of humidity both are easy to fix
fertilizer inside I use “thrive” in a small spray bottle at less then half strength and give a few squirts once a month that's it. I use thrive as it dose not leave a smell indoors unlike seaweed fertilizers.
Humidity this can be fixed as per the picture with a dish (baking dish) full of water and rocks or pebbles a mesh tray (cake tray) placed over the top and place your plant on top look to make sure there is a air gap between your pot and the water.
Typically home grown
phalaenopsis orchids will flower once sometimes twice a year but
these would have to be the king of flowering orchids due to flowers
can last normally 2-4 months and sometimes longer
